DEALERS BREAKFAST/BRUNCH--SUNDAY 8-10AM hosted by Lynn & Mike
1.
Neither the promoters, porters, or facility will be held responsible
for personal injury, loss by accident, fire, theft, breakage or loss
which occurs to person or property, Any insurance must be
the responsibility of the exhibitor.
2.
Exhibitor expressly agrees that all items exhibited shall be of
sufficient age and quality to be suitable to the character of a high
quality Antique Show and Sale. Exhibitors shall not display any
reproductions.
3.
Backs and sides of all tables exposed to view must be draped.
Merchandise may be displayed under tables if backs and sides are
properly draped. No packing materials are to be exposed.
4. Absolutely no packing until after the show closes on Sunday.
5.
Electricity is limited to 150Watts per exhibitor. (The new low
wattage bulbs are recommended.) Halogen lighting is strictly prohibited.
6.
Exhibitor may cancel by notifying management in writing up to 30 days
prior to the show and be entitled to a deposit refund subject to a
$50.00 administrative charge.
7.
Exhibitors are responsible for collecting Illinois sales tax.
Exhibitors agree to guarantee merchandise as represented.
Exhibitors are encouraged to issue a written receipt.
8.
If any cause makes it impossible to have this show, this contract shall
be terminated and the exhibitor shall waive all claims to damages
except the return of the deposit paid.
